who we are
veryviral (“the service”) is a software tool that lets you scrape publicly-available short-form video content, stitch your own outro onto it, and schedule the result to your connected social accounts via Bundle.social.
your responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for the content you publish through veryviral. We do not moderate, endorse, or own the source clips you select. You represent that you have the right to remix and re-share each clip you process, and to post the resulting video to your connected social accounts. Comply with each platform's terms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and applicable copyright law (DMCA fair use, attribution where required).
acceptable use
Don't use veryviral to: harass, defame, or harm any creator; impersonate others; build spam/bot networks; bypass platform anti-spam protections beyond the staggered-posting defaults we provide; or scrape platforms in violation of their TOS at scale beyond what's offered through our integrations.
billing
Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal — your plan downgrades to free at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial-month usage. Usage caps reset every 30 days from your subscription start.
account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse our infrastructure (e.g. scripted exploitation of caps), or generate content that exposes us to legal risk. We'll notify you by email when possible.
no warranties
veryviral is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uptime, post delivery, performance of the videos you publish, or absence of platform-side actions like shadowbans. Social platforms change algorithms and policies without notice.
limitation of liability
In no event will our liability exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
